As a group of individuals, we share common ideas and themes, and we each have our own perspectives. We use these perspectives to seek and photograph things and places that fit our interests. In this exhibition, members of The Focus present images that "speak" to them.

The Focus is a group of accomplished photographers from Wake County who have joined together for inspiration, knowledge sharing, and critiquing. They meet to discuss their photos, share photographic techniques, and explore their various styles. Although each member has their own artistic preferences, they are united in their love of photography as a visual art. A natural progression from their group interactions is the exhibition of their images showcasing their individual artistic visions in a common setting.
