Page-Walker

Step into Cary's history back to the arrival of the North Carolina Railroad in 1854. Learn about Cary’s founder Allison Francis Page and the growth of Cary over the past 150 years. Finish with a visit to the Cary Heritage Museum.  

Police Department 

Check out the inside of a police car and view the Emergency Communication Center (subject to availability). Learn from a police officer about the equipment they carry and the types of calls to which they are trained to respond. 

Traffic Management Center

Get a birds-eye view of the busy road ways in Cary. Learn about the different tools that traffic engineers can employ to manage traffic conditions and snarls.

Innovation Experience Center

See innovative ideas being tested by the Technology Services Department as they explore ways to advance services in Cary for our citizens. Some projects include: using sensors on trash/recycling bins and parking spots, previewing wayfinding options, and Alexa integration with the Town website.
