All interested parties must be registered on the NC Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) to receive notices and updates on business opportunities.

Please note: All entities doing business with Cary, including vendors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, must comply with the requirements of Article 2, Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes, "Verification of Work Authorization."

It is the Vendor’s responsibility to obtain all solicitation documents and updates via the eVP website. Cary is not responsible for direct distribution of solicitations and addenda posted on eVP to parties who wish to submit a proposal, gather information, or conduct business with Cary.
