There are many ways to make a difference in the Cary community. Consider offering your time and resources to some of these programs and events that help make Cary a Gold Medal Community.
Legacy Program
The Legacy Giving Program offers a way to memorialize or honor loved ones, events, and organizations by donating a tree or bench in their name. We'll work with you to find the best placement for your donation.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Many options are available to organizations seeking sponsorship opportunities, including festivals, sports leagues, community events, concerts and more.
Scholarships
The Town of Cary provides the opportunity for Cary residents to apply for scholarships and/or reduction of fees through the Play it Forward program. Funding for these scholarships comes primarily through private donations and Town-lead fundraising efforts.
Utility Payments Assistance
Oasis is a program to help those going through financial hardship with their Town of Cary utility bill. Assistance is provided by way of donations from other utility customers. Donating is quick and easy and contributions are tax-deductible.
Volunteering
Volunteers help make it possible for the Town to provide programs and services to citizens of Cary. There are many ways one can serve at any level of commitment.
"Friends of" Programs
"Friends of" programs at Page-Walker Arts & History Center, Cary Players, Kids Together Park, and Hemlock Bluffs provide time and monetary assistance to facilities. These groups also manage brick paver donations at their respective locations.
