Council will hold a special called meeting at 5 p.m. On Tuesday, December 21 to hold a closed session for the purpose of the following:

Consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of one or more individual or prospective public officers or employees, consult with attorneys employed or retained by the town in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorneys and the Town, prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to G.S. 14T-318.10(e).
