The Environmental Advisory Board will hold a meeting. The meeting agenda will be available by 5 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting. The agenda will include instructions on how to submit comments for citizen comments.

Instructions for submitting comments to the Environmental Advisory Board’s Citizens’ Comment Period:

The public may submit written comments for the Public Comment agenda item. Comments should be sent to eab.clerk@carync.gov and have Public Comments for September 10 Meeting in the subject line. Comments received by noon on September 10 will be summarized at the meeting and a full copy of the comments will be provided to members prior to the meeting. Comments received after noon but prior to the start of the meeting will be provided to members the following day. All comments will be an exhibit to the minutes.
