Artist Fang-Chian Tsai says “I am inspired by ancient Chinese paintings with an emphasis on ink styles. Due to limited access to traditional materials, I use local materials which are acrylic and canvas to re-create those parts that touched my heart as I appreciated the artwork of ancient Chinese paintings.”
