On October 21, a Diwali Celebration Proclamation will be presented to Manoj Pandya, President of the Hindu Society of North Carolina, along with other community leaders.
Guests are welcome to arrive at 6 p.m., with the program starting at 6:15 p.m. The event will take place at the Academy Street Pavilion at the Cary Downtown Park.
