Contacting Us

Media are welcome to call Town staff directly on weekdays during regular operating hours; you don’t need to be “cleared” through a central office. If you’re on deadline, and email will not be an effective tool for you, call. If you're unsure of which staff member would be the best contact, call 311 within Cary or (919) 469-4000 and a citizen advocate will route your inquiry to a staff member who can help.
