Getting Involved

The Town of Cary believes that everyone interested in or affected by an issue should have equal access to the planning and development process. Participate by attending meetings, including those scheduled regularly at Town Hall, or by providing a comment online on proposed development projects.

Official Zoning District Map 

The Planning and Development Services Department keeps and maintains the Official Zoning District Map, a part of the Cary Land Development Ordinance and referred to throughout the Ordinance as the “Zoning Map.” The Official Zoning District Map consists of the Town of Cary Official Base Zoning Map (Map 1 of 2) and the Town of Cary Official Zoning Overlay Map (Map 2 of 2) along with all notations, references, and other information shown thereon, such as zoning districts and extra-territorial jurisdiction.
