Cary routinely evaluates our regulations and amends the Land Development Ordinance (LDO) based on current trends, new uses and updated State or Federal regulations. These amendments occur in "Rounds" and may include a single or several amendments at a time.

The following table is intended to provide a brief description and timing of past amendments to our Land Development Ordinance. For specific information, please feel free to click on a round (or item) or contact the Planning and Development Services Department at 311 or (919) 469-4046.
