Location: 855 Cary Towne Boulevard (approximately 92 acres)
Description: The zoning changes that are being requested would allow additional land uses (such as office, residential and hotel), increase the building height for four buildings, and make other minor adjustments and clarifications. The existing Mixed Use Overlay District (MUOD) will remain.

Description: Requesting to rezone these properties from Residential - 40,000-square-foot minimum lot size (R-40) to Transitional Residential Conditional Use (TR-CU)) with zoning conditions that limit permitted uses to single-family residential (townhouses and single-family-detached) and neighborhood recreation; allow a maximum of 140 dwelling units; and require residential uses abutting April Bloom Lane to be detached dwellings on lots of at least 7,500 square feet.
