Volunteers for Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources donate thousands of hours each year to help make it possible for us to provide programs and services for the citizens of Cary and surrounding communities. You may have met one of our volunteers while he or she coached an athletic team, performed trail maintenance or volunteered at the Lazy Daze festival. Each year we recognize the contributions of volunteers through a series of awards.

If you know of a deserving person who has volunteered with the Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department and would like to nominate him or her for any of these awards, please submit a nomination form. Nominations submitted at this time will be held and considered for the 2021 award presentation.
