PAC Work Summary: In accordance with the Partners’ agreements, a Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) was created to discuss and advise Cary as the Lead Agency on selected policy issues. Meetings of the group are open to the public. The PAC consists of the mayors and town managers of Apex, Cary, and Morrisville, or their designees, and considers matters which relate to the Western Wake Regional Wastewater Management Facilities including raw wastewater pumping and conveyance facilities, the Western Wake Regional Water Reclamation Facility, and treated effluent pumping and conveyance facilities. The PAC meets at least annually and may meet more often as necessary or upon the request of any of the partners.
