These Site Design Standards, adopted in August 2012, replace the Design Guidelines Manual that was adopted in 2001. The purpose is to improve the application of design principles through clearly defining usable standards, increasing consistency of staff and developer/applicant interpretations, and facilitating creation of desired results in site planning.
