Abiding by this code of conduct and showing consideration for other park patrons helps maintain enjoyment within our parks. Any violation of these guidelines may result in a suspension from all Cary park sites.

The following are prohibited in all Cary parks, facilities, programs, leagues and events:

• Fighting, assault, and battery
• Use of profanity, obscene gestures, or disorderly conduct
• Unapproved possession and/or consumption of alcohol
• Public intoxication
• Possession and/or use of controlled substances and drugs
• Possession and/or use of a weapon
• Bullying and/or harassment
• Verbal and non-verbal threats
• Littering
• Vandalism
• Theft
