Description: The Channing Park subdivision is about 40 acres of townhomes and detached residencies. This site includes an important greenway extension of the Morris Branch Greenway and is located across from Panther Creek High School off of McCrimmon Parkway. The artist's inspiration was taken from the nearby high school's motto, nature, and desire for functional greenway amenities, including safety surfacing of the crossway paving.
