Hop on a tour to learn more about the artwork that makes downtown Cary so unique! View the calendar below for upcoming tours.

Tours begin at 6:30 p.m. Meet your knowledgeable teen docents at the front steps of the Cary Arts Center and they will take you on a tour of the sculptures on display, offering insights about the art and background about the artists who created the works.

Tours last about 30-45 minutes and cover artwork located near the Cary Arts Center and along Academy Street. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to walk in.

About the Teen Docent Program

Participants of the Teen Docent Program are curious students eager to learn more about the arts and get involved in the Cary community. They interview artists, attend training sessions, and conduct research about the public art to better educate the community about Cary's unique and thriving arts scene.
