Brighter Daze Market - Showcasing Western NC Artists, November 1 - December 31, 2024

As we at Cary Art Daze reflect on the impact of Hurricane Helene, we are deeply concerned for the incredible artists in western North Carolina and the surrounding areas. We have learned that the recent devastation has caused widespread cancellations of fall art shows, cutting off critical income streams for many in our community as the holiday season approaches. 

We recognize that artists are vital to our community, and we stand with those across our region who have been affected by this disaster.

To support these artists during this challenging time, we are excited to announce the Brighter Daze Online Market, running from November 1 to December 31. 

Viewers can browse through artist work photos and click each provided link that directs them to the artists online sales pages. It's a great opportunity for these impacted artists to connect with a broader audience and help drive sales during the holiday season.

 

Our Festivals 

Immerse yourself in arts and culture with our two flagship annual festivals, Spring Daze and Lazy Daze, where Cary comes alive with arts, crafts, food, music, and the enchanting energy of the artistic spirit.

Join us at Spring Daze, the last Saturday in April, to celebrate our local NC arts scene and work towards a greener tomorrow as we celebrate Earth Day, or revel in the laid-back charm of Lazy Daze, the last weekend of August! This award-winning festival is a leisurely summer escape into the arts!

From captivating exhibitions to interactive workshops, our calendar is filled with opportunities to explore, appreciate, and engage with the dynamic world of art. Unleash your creativity, connect with like-minded art enthusiasts, and make lasting memories with Cary Art Daze.

Are you passionate about art, festivals, and making Cary's events truly shine? The Cary Art Daze Work Group is looking for dedicated volunteers to help shape and curate our beloved festivals, including Lazy Daze and Spring Daze. As a member, you’ll provide valuable insights and ideas to ensure these events reflect Cary’s award-winning creativity and quality.

You'll attend monthly planning meetings, join a Task Team, and volunteer at both festivals. It’s a great way to get involved and make an impact!
