We're so excited to offer all our Fitness classes FOR FREE for the month of January, in celebration of New Year, New You! Unless otherwise listed, each class is available on a first come, first served drop in basis, as space and equipment allow. Classes that require a registration are still free, but also include a link for enrolling.

DanceIt is a well-balanced, whole-body workout that will strengthen your body and mind. Upbeat music carries you through movements designed to release stresses and get you fit. For dancers and non-dancers alike.
Pilates/Yoga Fusion | 18 & up | Middle Creek Community Center | Monday, Wednesday Jan. 3-31 |10:30–11:30 a.m. | No class Jan. 15
Yoga/Pilates Fusion is a blend of yoga asanas and Pilates exercises to help you get more toned and flexible. This class is for all levels; the exercises can easily be modified to work with any fitness level. We will use some props (balls, resistance bands, and blocks).
Functional Fitness | 55 & up | Virtual | Monday & Wednesday, Jan. 3-31 | 4-5 p.m. | No class Jan. 15, 22, 24 | Enroll now
Join us for a total body workout that keeps your mind, body, and heart healthy. Functional Fitness incorporates meditation, joint mobility, low-impact cardio, lightweight lifting, and yoga. This class can be done standing or in a chair. Please have a chair, small hand weights, an exercise band or tubing, a water bottle, and sneakers on hand for class. Wear comfortable clothes or workout attire.

Stretch and strengthen! This low-impact, full-body exercise class targets and stabilizes the core with precise movements while strengthening muscles and improving posture and flexibility. Stretch, strengthen, and align your body to help you move better in every way. You will need a mat, small hand weights, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes or workout attire.
Cardio Core Strength Fitness | 18 & up | Middle Creek Community Center | Tuesday & Thursday, Jan. 2-Feb. 1 | 9-10 a.m.
In this class we will focus on toning, strengthening, balance, cardio, abdominal, and core work. We will use a variety of different exercise equipment during the six-week session. Each class can be done at low-, moderate-, or high-impact levels. All you need to bring is a sweat towel, water bottle, energy, and a smile. Middle Creek Community Center will provide floor mats and exercise equipment.
Cardio Core Strength Circuit | 18 & up | Middle Creek Community Center | Wednesday, Jan. 3 - 31 | 6-7 p.m.
This is a full-body fitness class. Participants will move in groups to different stations, including cardio, resistance, strength training, and core exercises. There will be a variety of equipment used throughout the session. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.
Senior Fit, Fun & Strength | 55 & up | Middle Creek Community Center | Tuesday & Thursday, Jan. 2 – Feb. 1 | 10:15-11 a.m.
This class will focus on strength, low-impact cardio, and balance. There will be no floor core exercises. Instead, this will be a fun, full-body workout class incorporating light weights and resistance bands. Chairs will be available to help with balance, core exercises, lunges, and squats.
Cardio Fit | 18 & up | Herbert C. Young Community Center | Tuesday & Thursday, Jan. 2 – Feb. 1 | 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Jumpstart your day with a great workout! This energetic, low-impact class combines a moderate- to high-intensity workout with advanced choreography to enhance overall fitness. Benefits include improved stamina, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Seniors In Motion | 55 & up | Herbert C. Young Community Center | Tuesday & Thursday, Jan. 2–Feb. 1 | 10:45-11:30 a.m.
One of our most popular senior fitness classes! This is a complete and effective workout designed to complement your needs. Exercise to the tunes you enjoy with friends both old and new. Improve your cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility with this workout.
Foundations of Strength Training | 18 & up | Bond Park Community Center | Tuesday & Thursday, Jan. 2–Feb. 1 | 6-7 p.m.
Join our one-hour strength training session that will focus on the importance of stabilization (balance), strength, and endurance. Exercises using the body's own resistance, along with other fitness equipment, will be incorporated to help build muscle strength and increase endurance.
Pilates Sculpt | 18 & up | Bond Park Community Center | Wednesday, Jan. 3-31 | 5:15–6 p.m.
This Pilates sculpt class will use light to medium weights to build strength using a mix of Pilates movements and standard weight training. Classes end with core finishers and stretching. No experience necessary.
Beginners Classical Mat Pilates | 18 & up | Middle Creek Community Center | Saturday, Jan. 6–Feb 3 | 9–9:45 a.m.
Develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through controlled bodyweight movements in this classical mat Pilates class designed for beginners! This low impact exercise is easy on the joints while building core strength.
