Making a Reservation
Patrons may reserve a court through RecTrac or over the phone by calling 919-469-4062 (Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-noon).  

Same day reservations or changes to existing reservations may only be processed by calling 919-469-4062 (Mon.-Fri. 8:30 a.m.-noon).

You will need a RecTrac account to reserve a court online or over the phone. If you do not already have an account set up, please complete that step prior to making a reservation. You may also save a payment method on your RecTrac account during your first purchase to expedite the completion of your reservation. 

How to Reserve a Court through RecTrac

Online Reservations Guidelines:
Individuals may reserve a maximum of 2, two hour reservations per week (Mon.-Sun.).

Requests for advanced tournament reservations should be directed to Ted.Jeffcoate@carync.gov.

NEW RATES EFFECTIVE JUL 1, 2024

Hourly Court Reservation Fees:

• Minimum 1 hour reservation
• $15/hour

Tournament Court Reservation Fees:

• $150 Half-Day Tournament (All four courts at the same location for 5 hours or less)
• $300 Full-Day Tournament (All four courts at the same location for more than 5 hours)

Sand volleyball courts are not closed due to inclement weather and reservations are held rain or shine.
Refund/credits will only be issued in the event of verified severe inclement weather (heavy rain, thunder, lightning). You must email sports@carync.gov within one business day of your reservation to request a refund/credit due to inclement weather.

Requests to change/cancel reservations must be submitted three business days in advance.
