With restrooms, an event space, and Market 317, the Academy Pavilion serves as a multi-use space surrounded by a shaded plaza over looking the park and an interactive fountain.

Visitors can purchase and enjoy beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and light snacks beside the Barkyard dog park.

Open daily from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m., the Barkyard offers two separate spaces: one for large dogs, and one for smaller dogs. For more, including access and rules, visit Cary Dog Parks.

An indoor/outdoor space available for events and rentals. The garden surrounding the Gathering House incorporates many of the area's existing trees along with an array of new plantings.

This well-equipped performance pavilion at the center of the park allows for events of all sizes. From the Great Lawn, visitors can enjoy movies, yoga classes, and much more.

The children's play area contains two iconic cardinal play structures, multiple slides, a toddler play area, and splash pad.

Park Street Courts is an active recreation area containing table tennis, volleyball court, and a putting green. The space can also be used for pop0up markets, food trucks, and the Cary Downtown Farmer's Market.
