Penny Road Elementary School Park is located on the campus of Penny Road Elementary school in Western Cary for use by the public during non-school hours. Since its refurbishment in 2021, Penny Road Elementary School Park represents a collaborative effort between the Wake County School System and the Town of Cary. The park features one multi-purpose athletic field, a lighted baseball/softball field, two playgrounds, restrooms, a picnic shelter, and 13 acres of open space with a natural-surface walking trail and pond.

Park Hours
Because Penny Road School/Park is located on the campus of Penny Road Elementary School, hours of operation are limited to 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m.-10 p.m. on the weekends.
The baseball/softball field can be rented and scheduled by visiting Ballfield Rental and Availability. The multi-purpose field can be rented by visiting Multi-purpose field rental and availability.
