Seven Easy Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill
- Online: Visit and enroll in our DigiPay/Aquastar portal. Payments are accepted seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
- In Person: Cash payments will automatically update to your account when payments are made at the Customer Service Desk at any Walmart location (a $2 fee applies). You will need your account number including the hyphen.
Payments are also accepted workdays at Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (enter through our South Entrance, which is off Ambassador Loop Road). Our physical address is 316 N. Academy Street, Cary, NC 27513. - Phone: Payments accepted by phone 24/7 or to speak with a Citizen Advocate Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. by dialing 311 or (919) 469-4000. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Card and Check payments.
- Drop Boxes: These brown boxes are located in the South Entrance Parking lot at Cary Town Hall and in the parking lot at Bond Park Senior Center. Payments are collected Monday through Friday only.
