1. Verify Conditions 

Following notification, a Contractor will be on-site to verify existing meter conditions. This ensures a successful and efficient meter replacement.  

2. Installation of New Water Meter 

The existing meter will be replaced.  Water service may be temporarily interrupted during the replacement process.

3. Testing New Water Meter 

The contractor will test the new meter by running water from an exterior hose or faucet. This helps ensure your service has been restored.

4. Restoration 

Disturbed areas such as grass, landscaping, or sidewalks are restored to preconstruction conditions, and the surrounding area is cleaned.

5. Work Complete 

A door hanger will be placed on the front door or with an on-site representative notifying that the work has been completed.
