How to Purchase Tickets 

We have a variety of ways to purchase Marvelous Music Family Series tickets in person at the Box Office, online, or by phone! Please note that all sales are final.  

Preferred payment method:  
Debit or credit cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

Acceptable, but not preferred: 
Cash or Checks (made payable to Town of Cary) in-person at the Cary Theater Box Office. 

Visit The Box Office In-Person: 
If you wish to purchase tickets in advance for events, the main Box Office services are located in the lobby of The Cary Theater (122 E. Chatham Street, Cary). In addition, you may purchase tickets one hour prior to showtime at the Cary Arts Center Box Office. No additional fees apply if tickets are purchased at the Box Office.  

The Cary Theater Box Office Hours: 
Wed-Sat, noon-6 p.m. 
Sun, 1-5 p.m. 

Note: the box office is closed on all observed Town of Cary holidays. 

Online: 
Purchase tickets online at any time through eTix. A $2 per ticket convenience fee will be added to the price of the ticket. Visit www.eTix.com to get started. 

Etix Phone Center: 
Purchase tickets through the Etix Phone Center by calling 1-800-514-3849. A $2 per ticket convenience fee will be added to the price of the ticket. 

Etix Phone Center Hours: 
Mon-Fri: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. 
Sat: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. 
Sun: noon-8 p.m.
