Acknowledging Cary Art Daze

Grantees should acknowledge Cary Art Daze or the Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival with the appropriate logo and/or credits where appropriate. To download the files, you can right-click for Windows or CTRL-click for Mac and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As."

The Cary Art Daze Logos will be updated in 2024. Please ensure you have the most up to date logo for use in your project materials.

Reporting About Your Grant

Recipients of the 2023-2024 Cary Art Daze Grants will need to complete a Grant Report Form no later than October 25, 2024. The Report Form is available online here, and will be e-mailed to all recipients.

Changes in Your Organization

If there are changes in the administrative structure of your organization or a change in the contact for your organization, please e-mail Jenna Kostka with information regarding the change.
