Spring Daze Arts & Crafts Festival

All festival vendors are required to be fully operational during festival hours.

FEES

  • $100 booth fee (10’ x 10’ space)

APPLICATION MATERIALS

As part of the application process, vendors must submit a minimum of three (maximum of six) images of their work. These images will be used in the selection process. The images submitted should reflect your booth setup, designs, and overall quality of your product as we would expect to see at the festival.

Festival vendors may not sell any merchandise items or promotional items. All sales must directly relate to the provided service.

INSURANCE

All vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance, naming the Town of Cary as an additional insured under this policy including a waiver of subrogation. This certificate should have the following minimum limits of coverage: General Liability $1.0M (1 million) per occurrence; $2.0M (2 million) aggregate. 

PRICING

As a vendor at Spring Daze, we ask that you offer at least three different prices/sizes. For example, Face Painters could offer S/M/L designs at $5/$10/$15 price points.

BOOTH SET-UP

All vendors must furnish tables, awnings, chairs, etc., in addition to their own materials. If necessary, vendors should come prepared with leveling devices to level tables, etc. Tents must be secured with min 25lb. weights at each corner. (No Stakes Allowed)

Electricity is NOT available at Spring Daze. 

SELECTION PROCESS

Previous participation at Spring Daze does not guarantee acceptance for this year. The Festival Committee reserves the right to deny entrance into the festival to any business whose work is deemed to be inappropriate or to not meet the festival’s standards. The Committee also reserves the right to remove from the show (without refund) any exhibit that is not comparable to the submitted images. The work on display must be as similar as possible to the images submitted with the application.

Vendors will be selected by the Cary Festivals Committee. They will review vendors using the following criteria: fit for the festival, previous experience, uniqueness of the craft or activity, price points, and overall look of booth/setup/art. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booth fees are refundable if the Festival Committee is notified of cancellation in writing by March 21, 2025.  Cancellations after March 21, 2025 will result in forfeiture of booth fees.
