The Town of Cary's instructional programming for baseball and softball is based out of the USA Baseball National Training Complex. A full array of instructional programming is available, from lessons, clinics and camps.

Lessons are released two months at a time and are released on the 25th of each month. Lessons are available for anyone aged 7 years and older. As you scroll below, click on the instructor that you are interested in working with. That instructor's information will expand and you will be able to see their upcoming lessons.  The instructors' focus areas are listed next to their names so you can pick the best fit for you. Fees are $45 for hour-long lessons and $30 for half-hour lessons. Locations are listed with the dates.

Mini Intros are a series of mini clinics for 4-6 players that will focus on the fundamentals. With the smaller clinic size players will get more individualized attention needed to develop those fundamentals.  The cost for each Mini Intro is $20 for 90 minutes of instruction and $15 for 60 minutes of instruction.  Pre-registration is required. Mini intros will be released monthly on the 25th for the following month.  They are located in the Monthly Programs & Clinics section below.

NTC Academy Minis are small group workouts for the experienced athlete who wants to work on or learn a specific skill or position. We believe that with smaller groups, instructors can provide detailed guidance while allowing the athletes work in a team environment. Pre-registration is required. NTC Academy Minis will be limited to 4 players. The cost for each is $25 for 90 minutes of instruction and $20 for 60 minutes of instruction.
