Reference Information 

Reservation and Use Policies

The maximum number of participants for all programs is 15, including adults. Groups with more than 15 participants will need to purchase 2 programs.

Program requests can be made no more than 6 months in advance and no less than 45 days in advance. We will handle requests beyond these limits on a case-by-case basis.

All programs are guided by trained preserve staff.

Programs are conducted rain or shine. In the event of heavy storms or inclement weather, programs may be cancelled or rescheduled, pending availability.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment in full is due at least two weeks prior to your program for your expected attendance. Payments may be made using a Visa or MasterCard, check made payable to the Town of Cary or in person using cash.

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than one week prior to your program date too receive a refund. weeks in advance. Refunds are not provided for cancellation requests made less than one week in advance.
