Irrigating with hose and sprinkler connection but don't want to pay water and sewer charges? Consider one of these three alternatives to incur only water charges. All options require the installation of a separate irrigation meter; submission of a Water and Sewer Service Application through the review portal; and payment of development, utility connection, and plumbing permit fees.
Hoses must remain above grade and cannot be covered with dirt, mulch, and the like.
