The Gifting Tree Project is a widely popular event. To be more fair and equitable, registration for the 12th Annual Gifting Tree Project will shift to a lottery system. 

The lottery will open at noon on Monday, October 23, 2023 and will close at noon on Sunday, October 29, 2023, which gives you more time to drop your name in the virtual hat! There's no rush to complete the lottery form right when it opens on October 23; as long as you submit the form by noon on Sunday, October 29, you'll have the same chance as others to participate. Only one entry is allowed per organization/group. Please ensure only one representative for your tree fills out the form.

Winners of the lottery drawing will be notified by 5 p.m. on November 1 and have until 5 p.m. on November 8 to claim their tree by paying the $50 program fee.
