This form is for 2025 requests at the USA Baseball National Training Complex only.

2025 Request Information:

2025 Requests are now be accepted and will be reviewed as equal if received by Friday, November 15.  

Any field requests received after November 15, will be reviewed after November 22 and scheduled based on availability. 

Request Notification Information:

Requests will be reviewed and the user organization contact will be notified if your request has been approved by Friday, November 22.

Due to the NCAA DII National Championship and the USA Baseball schedule; any field requests for May 26 through Labor day will be issued in May and subject to field availability.
